Responsibility for the safe and professional conduct of the project rests with the teacher, students and parents designated in the application. The teacher and students are jointly responsible for following the guidelines when applying for a grant under this program.

Important:
Project Proposal Application must ONLY be submitted ONCE. If it is uploaded more than once, we will only take in consideration the first one.
Mentor/Teacher MUST be the one to submit one proposal per project online.
Mentor/Teacher MUST read and agree to the Rules and Conditions.
We DO NOT accept proposals sent by mail. If a proposal is received by mail, it will be disqualified.
Mentor/Teacher Must send photo/video releases for each student involved in the project.

The reviewers will read the submitted materials starting in November and will meet in December to select the projects to be funded.
Students and teachers will be notified of the selection.
Checks for the grants will be distributed at a meeting with teachers and mentors in December 2009.
